Refund Policy – Business Sale Masterclass

 

Eligibility for Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:

  1. Course Completion Requirement

    • You must complete all course modules as tracked by our system.

  2. Certification of Implementation

    • You must schedule and complete a certification meeting with Bimbi Philips Limited within 12 months of enrolling in the course to confirm implementation of the Business Sale Workbook.

  3. Evaluation of Offers

    • You must consider and evaluate offers made by Bimbi Philips Limited or our network of vetted buyers in good faith.

    • Direct Offer from Bimbi Philips Limited – If an offer is presented that aligns with the course principles (market valuation, financials, creative deal structure, scalability) and is fair, rejecting the offer disqualifies you from the refund.

    • Offer from Buyer Network – If a buyer from our 350+ vetted buyers network makes an offer that meets the course principles, rejecting the offer disqualifies you from the refund.

  4. Eligibility & Exclusions

    • Refunds apply only to the course fee and do not cover any transaction fees (e.g., credit card processing fees are non-refundable).

    • The Premium Tier, Ultimate Tier, and Monthly Subscription Services are not eligible for refunds, as they involve direct consultation and additional resources.

    • Businesses generating less than £1M in revenue are not eligible for a refund.

    • Any user who violates the NDA, misuses course materials, or fails to comply with these Terms will be permanently disqualified from the money-back guarantee.

Refund Request & Processing

  • How to Request a Refund

    • Refund requests must be submitted via the payment application through which the purchase was made and will be reviewed for eligibility.

  • Processing Time

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, excluding any non-refundable transaction fees.

    • If a refund is issued for an installment plan, only the amount paid will be refunded—future installments will be canceled but past payments are non-refundable.

Refunds for External Business Sales

  • If you successfully sell your business outside of Bimbi Philips Limited or our buyer network after using the course, the money-back guarantee does not apply.

  • A 10% deal fee will be charged on the sale to reflect the training, tools, and resources provided through the program.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Failure to complete course requirements as outlined in the refund eligibility criteria.

  2. Rejecting a fair and qualifying offer presented by Bimbi Philips Limited or our vetted buyer network.

  3. Violations of the NDA or Terms & Conditions, including unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or misuse of course materials.

  4. Refund requests for Premium Tier, Ultimate Tier, or Monthly Subscription Services, as these involve additional consulting and resources.

  5. Refund requests based on personal circumstances, such as:

    • Changing your mind after purchase.

    • Unexpected financial issues.

    • Inability to implement the course due to personal reasons.
