I’m the Founder, CEO and Chief Business Strategist at Bimbi Philips & Partners. Over the last decade, we have consulted for 20+ UK's leading corporates across 10+ sectors to deliver seamless business growth & acquisitions, driving overall strategy and ensuring alignment of growth plans, operational improvements, and deal execution to meet financial and business objectives.

For our business buying portfolio, although we are sector agnostic, I’m especially passionate about acquiring profitable tech, travel, and tourism businesses, helping owners retire with confidence, knowing their business is in capable hands. We focus on businesses that have a £/$1m - £/$15m in revenue, an average multiple of 3-6x, with at least 15% average profit margin.

We also mentor small business owners to achieve successful sales and unlock the value of their hard work. We help these businesses align with buyer expectations, maximize their business’s value, and prepare for a smooth and profitable sale, leveraging our buyer network of 350+ private investors actively seeking businesses. Our expertise spans strategy, buyer readiness, and deal execution, bringing a unique blend of insight and experience to guide sellers through the entire sales process.

Finally, I serve as a partner and advisor to a number of acquisition firms and syndicates, where I focus on empowering businesses to achieve strategic growth and profitable exits.
